The idea for Appressc Works was born out of frustration—and a near-disaster. In 2019, our founder, Alex Chen, found himself locked out of his Trezor wallet after a routine firmware update went wrong. We started small, repairing hardware wallets out of a modest workshop, focusing on Ledger and Trezor models—the two most trusted names in crypto security. Word spread quickly.
